Period: May 25th – 28th 2007
Destination: Lofoten, North Norway
Program: visit to Lofoten. Lofoten stretches like a wall of mountains from the mainland north of Bodo to the southwest in to the Norwegian ocean. Between the mainland and the "Lofoten Wall" lies the Vestfjord. Lofoten consists of mountains and peaks, wide open ocean, sheltered inlets, stretches of seashore and large virgin areas. There are about 25 000 inhabitants spread on several fishing villages and small townships.May 25th 2007
| 0500 | Departure Prague airport with Czech Airlines |
| 0800 | Arrival Bodo, bus transfer to boat terminal for luggage storing (not included yet) |
| 0900 | Quay-side and city walk in Bodo. A lot of fish is usually seen in the clear waters from the quay. Many locals often fish from here and maybe you can borrow a line and make your first catch on this trip? |
| 1100 | Light lunch in local restaurant (not included yet) |
| 1500 | Departure coastal express ship MS Richard With from Bodo. Dinner on board. |
| 2100 | Arrival Svolvar in Lofoten. |
| 2130 | Transfer to the fishing village Nyvagar for check in at the fishing shacks which are now turned into comfortable flats (see own description). |
| The bar is open or you can stay in the flat or take a walk around the neighbourhood. | |
| The sun never sets here at this time, so it might be hard to go to bed. ? |
May 26th 2007
| 0700 | Breakfast out on the quay or inside before the fireplace in Kaikroa (“the Quay Inn”) |
| 0900 | Excursion with bus heading outwards to the outermost point in Lofoten, local guide participates. The trip goes both on north and south side of the islands visiting small fishing villages, cultural landscape, bird nesting cliffs and some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the world. However the water temperature will most likely not be very tempting for a swim. |
| 1130 | Lunch and guided tour of the Viking museum at Borg. |
| 1700 | Arrival back in Nyvagar. Free time for relax or visit to local gallery, Lofoten museum and Lofoten aquarium. |
| 2000 | Dinner in Lorchstua |

| 0700 | Breakfast at “the boat” in the reception. |
| 0900 | Short bus transfer to the fishing village Henningsvar. Free time or special activity program, f. ex make your own caviar. (See own info) |
| 1200 | Lunch at Henningsvar Qyuay hotel “The blue fish”. Here you get the feeling of sitting all out in the harbour water. |
| 1300 | Departure with a fishing boat. The captain knows where the fish is. Just throw out the line, a catch is guaranteed. There might also be an opportunity for sea rafting: a trip with a high speed rubber boat. |
| Kl.17.00 | Arrival back in Nyvagar from sea. |
| Now it is time for a hot sauna or a bath in one of the big outdoor heated tubs with space for up to 12 persons in each located with a magnificent view to ocean and mountains. | |
| 2000 | Dinner in the restaurant or in the relaxdepartment. Relaxdepartment has big panorama windows from floor to ceiling with a marvellous view over the Vestfjord. |

| Free time in the little town which is also the administration centre for Lofoten communities. | |
| 1600 | Catamaran from Svolvar to Bodo. |

| 0030 | Arrival Prague airport |
